"Through printmaking and cyanotype, I explore the textures of the natural world. By carving blocks and using gathered foliage, I transform landscapes into art—capturing the quiet beautiful environment I call home."

Meghan Cooper is a printmaker, illustrator, and designer whose practice is built on two decades of experience in the art and design world.

Meghan lives in the Crowsnest Pass, at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. She’s inspired by the mountains and gathers reference material by skiing, biking, and hiking, using both photography and on-the-go sketching to inspire the artwork she creates in her studio.

Through her artwork, Meghan hopes to bring memories of adventure, travel and joy into your home. She hopes her artwork reminds people to protect the beautiful, wild landscapes we have in Canada.

Meghan earned her Bachelor of Design degree from the University of Alberta, specializing in Printmaking and Graphic Design, she worked as a Graphic Designer before dedicating herself to Arts Education. In 2013, she founded Imagination Academy, offering Printmaking and Artist in Residence programs to schools across Alberta. This initiative stemmed from her personal experience as a dyslexic learner, where she discovered drawing was key to retaining complex concepts—a philosophy she has creatively shared with 50,000 students in over 250 schools.

“The hand-printed artwork is beautiful.
You can tell how unique each piece is. Each item Meghan sells is special.”
